The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A purchase contract is only concluded once the order is confirmed or the goods are dispatched. The provider reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) excluding statutory value-added tax. The amount of statutory value-added tax and shipping costs will be indicated separately.
5. Payment
Payment processing is carried out through the payment service provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods may vary depending on availability. By completing the order, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the specified payment method.
6. Delivery

The provider is not liable for delays that are outside its control. Furthermore, the GTC of My Trade Schweiz GmbH apply.
7. Availability
If a product is not available after ordering, the customer will be informed. Payments already made will be refunded in this case.
8. Returns and Complaints
Complaints must be communicated in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. For hygienic and health reasons, dental and care products generally cannot be returned.
9. Liability
The provider is liable solely for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The use of the offered products is at the customer's own risk.
